Q. What is your minimum order amount? 

A. 20 pieces

Q. When is payment due?

A. Full payment is due before we start your order

Q. How long does it take for you to finish an order?

A. Please allow two business weeks after art is finalized. Standard turnaround on custom orders is about 2 weeks from the time the order is paid for until completion, but can vary based on the current workload.  This does not include shipping time.  We strive for exceptional quality and attention to detail, not blasting through orders as fast as possible.  Please take that into consideration and try to plan ahead of time.

Q. Do you do rush orders?

A. For a fee we have no problem rushing an order. 

Q. What types of payment do you accept?

A. Cash, Credit Card, Money Order, or Pay Pal

Q. Does Bridge City Media + Design provide materials or do I?

A. Either or! We will adjust pricing for your order if you provide the shirts.

Q. Do you deliver?

A. We deliver in the greater Portland area.

Q. How long does it take to ship?

A. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for us to pack it up and ship it to you.

Q. How do I give you my image/artwork?

A. Email it to bridgecitymad@gmail.com with the project perimeters. We prefer pdf, psd, ai, or jpeg. Vector artwork is strongly preferred for screenprinting. And if you don't know what any of those things mean send us an email we will walk you through it. Next best is 300 dpi resolution artwork sized exactly as big as you want it printed.  You should be able to zoom in at 100% and not see any “fuzzy” lines!  

Q. Do you ever print at events? Will you come to my event and print on location?

A. Yes. We come to where ever you want us and we set up a small screen printing booth. We can supply the apparel and screens for you. Just ask us and we can help accommodate your party or event
